What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We specialize in affordable, modern websites for small businesses and startups nationwide. Since 2014, we’ve helped hundreds of businesses get online or update outdated sites.
Can you maintain or fix my website built by another agency?
No. We have limited access and options for restoring or maintaining websites built by other agencies. In most cases, the website would need to be rebuilt. A complete rebuild is almost always the best solution for long-term stability, improved customer experience, and better SEO/Google rankings.
How does your monthly maintenance plan work?
Month-to-month plans with a 3-month initial commitment and a one-time setup fee. Plans include hosting, updates, security, and basic SEO.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, business info, any photos you want to use, and answers to our design questionnaire.
What if I don’t have a logo, photos, or written content?
We can help with logo design, stock photos, and writing your website content to ensure a professional result.
Can I update the site myself?
No. We handle all updates to ensure quality and prevent damage. If you prefer to manage and update the site yourself, ask about our one-time website setup option.
Who owns the site & other assets?
You own your domain name and any content you provide. The design, code, assets, and verbiage created as a courtesy for use with your website or project remain our property unless otherwise agreed, such as with a one-time website setup design.
How long does it take to build my website?
Usually up to 30 days, depending on how quickly you provide materials.
Do you offer training?
No formal training is included with any of our services. This includes website design, graphic design, photography, and related areas.
What happens if I stop paying?
Non-payment for any of our services will lead to service suspension, reconnection fees, and may result in a permanent ban from all of our services, including the deletion of all designs, files, and digital assets associated with your account.
Do you offer SEO and marketing?
Basic SEO setup is included using standard plugins with our monthly maintenance plans. Advanced SEO, marketing services, and more complex requests are not included but can be added for additional costs or referred to our trusted partners.
Can I get photography or graphic design?
We love digital design! Simply submit your request for more details at info@omahamediaservicepros.com. Please note, our photography services are only available in the Omaha area.
Do you offer domain-based email setup and support?
Yes! We can help set up and support domain-based email accounts for a professional, branded solution. Additional charges may apply.
Do you build e-commerce or custom sites?
We focus on informational and service-based websites. Simple e-commerce projects may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Highly customized or complex sites are generally outside our typical scope, so please contact us upfront about your project needs to confirm we can assist.
What happens if I need help after launch?
If you have our monthly maintenance plan, you’re in good hands. We’ll ensure everything is running smoothly and stays that way. If you chose a one-time website setup, we provide support for 1 month after launch. After that, support will be available on a pay-per-request basis.
